Welcome to the Polling USA House model for February 1, 2026!

Every week brings something new in American politics, and this week it’s the reemergence of many thousands of documents related to the Epstein Files. From Elon Musk to Donald Trump and Bill Gates, there are a lot of culprits getting caught once again in the files, but we’ll have to see if anything actually comes out of it.

Until then, we’ll continue tracking the polls and updating the model!

Speaking of, the latest model update has the Democrats ticking up once again to reach their previous peak seat count of 238, while the Republicans tick back down to their recent low of 197.

Let’s chat about some of the recent polls, the news, and cover the model results further.
