Welcome to the Polling USA House model for February 15, 2026!

This week, we’re seeing rumblings of the United States potentially entering a war with Iran that would, as Reuters reports, involve the possibility of a weeks-long operation against Tehran.

Couple that with the Republican attempt to push voter ID laws through, alongside the White House’s less-than-subtle suggestions that they’ll force voter ID laws into place regardless of what Congress says, and it’s shaping up to be another spectacular week.

And let’s not forget about the ongoing fallout from the Epstein Files.

Though the polls have been quieter this week, the latest average has barely moved, if at all. The current model remains at 238 Democratic seats, while Republicans trail at 197.

Let’s chat about some of the recent polls, the news, and cover the model results further.
